Personalized Items

Because our products are custom-made with your specific photos and text, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer remorse, incorrect photo selection, or spelling errors made by the customer. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a clear manufacturing error (such as a printing defect), we will happily provide a free replacement or full refund. To initiate a claim:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped immediately at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy

All items are printed on demand. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your item ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days after production.
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days after production.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
