How long does it take to receive my order?
Most personalized items ship within 3-5 business days. Rush processing is available for most products if you need it sooner.
What photo quality do you recommend?
For best results, we recommend photos that are at least 1MB in size and in focus. Our team will reach out if we have any concerns about photo quality before printing.
Can I see a proof before my item is printed?
Yes! We offer digital proofs for an additional $5. Just select the proof option during checkout and we'll send you a preview before printing.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your memorial products. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
